Here are some League Basics for PAC Adult League: - Team Shirt will be issued upon payment of league fee - This is a Co-Ed Adult League - Teams will be formed based upon player evaluations and team draft - Games will be played in a small sided format with 6 to 8 players per side - Games are SUNDAYS at 6:00pm (please arrive at 5:30) - Games are played on U11/U12 fields 70 x 50 yards - Cleats and Shin Guards are strongly recommended - Rainouts can be checked Sundays after 4pm at www.pacsports.org . League Fee covers Registration with Louisiana Soccer Association and shirts.
Rules:
1 - Two 30 Minute Periods, 5 minute halftime
2 - No Slide Tackling, results in Booking and Indirect Free Kick
3 - All players are limited to 3 goals, Hat Trick Rule, play defense or assist
4 - No Cursing, kids are watching!!!
5 - 6v6 is the minimum, but if both Captains agree up to 8v8 is OK
6 - Minimum of 5 is required to start a game
7 - Offside is not enforced, Cherry Pick all you want
8 - Keeper cannot Punt or drop kick a ball. Throw or place on the ground
9 - Substitions are on the fly
10- 11- Pick up after yourself, PAC is run by volunteers, no paid staff
12- Guest Players must be approved by the League Coordinator & Teams Captains.
