Volunteering at PAC

NEW! Each family is required to volunteer a minimum of 3 hours per season per child.  There are many opportunities to contribute to your children's successful experience at PAC.  You can coach, help with field set-up, work the snack stand, set-up the web, be a team parent, etc.

If your schedule does not allow you to volunteer during your child's season, you may make a $25 donation to PAC in lieu of a scheduled volunteer time.

We need volunteer coaches in all age groups.  If you have not coached before, please consider doing so now.

We are an all-volunteer park, so do what you can to help.  Your investment of time will make your child's and your experience ever more rewarding.

Fees for Winter Baseball and T-Ball

PAC participation fees for U8 and U10 Baseball 2010 will remain unchanged from 2009.  The fees for T-Ball and U13 Baseball have been reduced, and we are able to retain the military discount.  We also have been able to retain a discounted fee for families with more than one child.

Park Fees are paid to PAC and cover the costs of insurance, park maintenance, operating expenses, uniforms, participation awards and other park expenses.

PAC Park Fees for the 2008 Winter season are:

Park Fee for T-Ball participant

$65.00

Park Fee for U8 and U10 baseball participant

$105.00

Park Fee for U13 Baseball participant (clinics and scrimmages)

$50.00

Additional child discount

Registration Fee $5.00

Cancelation Fee

$35

  1.  Cancelled registrations will incur a cancellation fee.
  2.  Cancellation is not allowed after the start date of the season
  3.  Cancelled registrations impact PAC's ability to set-up teams.  PAC incurs registration costs and uniform costs even when a participant cancels a registration.
  4.  If PAC requires the cancellation for any reason, i.e. not enough players for an additional team, a full refund will be provided with no cancellation fee.

Late Registration Fee

$15

  1.  Registration after November 29 will incur a late registration fee.
  2.  It is hoped this fee will encourage participants to register in a timely manner.
  3.  The fee also helps cover the added efforts involved in handling late registrations.

Volunteer Exception Donation

$25

  1.  PAC depends upon its volunteers to be successful.
  2.  Volunteering is easy and fun.  You may volunteer in the snack stand, as a coach and there are many other volunteer opportunities.
  3.  Volunteering is preferred to using this exception.
  4.  We recognize some families' commitments do not permit those families to volunteer, this option is provided for that exception.

Special requests should be made in the comments section when registering.  Examples of items to request in the comments section:

  • Specific practice days (if certain days are not possible)
  • Your child would like to be on the same team as another child
  • You would like to request a specific coach
  • You would like your child to play in a younger or older age group
