All players who pay the Sport fees to play and participate are "Members". 

	"Membership" implies that we are a private organization. 

	We are only private in the sense that we are not owned or operated by the
	City, Parish or State.  Nobody is excluded from Membership. We exist totally
	on the finances generated by our sport fees, concessions sales, and the many
	local businesses and individuals who sponsor us.  
	
	Administratively, we are run by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected 
	annually at the General Membership meeting. 

	PAC has no paid staff. 

	For over 35 years we have operated one of the finest children's playgrounds
	in this metropolitan area.
