PAC is powered by volunteers. Most of the work that is necessary
to make the club operate is done by these volunteers. But the secret to CSA's
success is its excellent coaching staff.

Louie
Smothermon was named Director of Coaching and Player Development in
1998. Louie's vision is for CSA / PAC to be recognized as the best youth soccer
program in the State of Louisiana. His role is to organize and supervise parent
and professional coaches while instilling a consistent coaching philosophy.
Louie's intent is for all the players to improve significantly while developing
a love of soccer, having fun and competing at the appropriate level. He
organizes all training sessions as well as Summer
and Holiday Camps.
